Processing time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 7–10 business days depending on production time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship nationwide across the United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping cost & options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Available carrier options (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will be shown during checkout. 

Estimated transit times (after shipment)

  • USPS Priority / FedEx / UPS Ground: typically 1–5 business days depending on destination.
  • Please allow extra time during holidays and high-volume periods. These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup

Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll arrange a convenient pickup time. Pickup location details will be provided after your order is placed.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows a delivery but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at acelynaturalproducts@gmail.com and we’ll help file a carrier claim.


Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Our general policy — handmade items

Because our products are handmade and perishable, all sales are final. We do, however, stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at acelynaturalproducts@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the shipping box (include labels if possible)
  3. A short description of the issue

Once we receive your message and photos we will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll offer one of the following (at our discretion): replacement, store credit, or refund. We’ll cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Change of mind / other returns

Because products are handmade and often made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If you have an unusual situation, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

How refunds & replacements work

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we process the refund.
  • Replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible and you will receive tracking information.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may have different production and shipping timelines. Please refer to your custom order confirmation for estimated ship dates. Custom orders are final sale unless there is a proven error on our part.
